SHIPPING
Products can be shipped to anywhere within the continental United States. Guaranteed delivery only applies to Overnight or 2-Day Shipping methods, not including weekends. FedEx Ground shipping usually takes 2 to 6 business days, depending on your location. If you would like to arrange a shipment for a date in the future, you may do so by adding a note to your order or by calling us at 310.990.2435. We reserve the right to cancel or modify orders depending on availability or other conditions.

To ensure the freshness of your order, we only ship Mondays and Tuesdays. Tasty Clouds Cotton Candy Company will not guarantee or refund any damaged or delayed shipments of our products. The risk of loss and title for all products ordered on this Website pass to you when the product is delivered to the shipping carrier. Please check your shipping address carefully; as the purchaser, you may incur additional fees in the event an incorrect address is provided.

Shipping charges are calculated using FedEx and are based on package weight, size and delivery distance. All products are carefully packaged to maintain optimum quality. We will not be held liable for any products damaged by extremes of temperature.
 
LOCAL PICK UP
Local Pick Up is by appointment only and available at our West Los Angeles showroom Monday - Friday between 10am - 5pm. As all products are made fresh to order, please allow at least 48 hours for us to create your order prior to pick up; be sure to specify pick up date and time in the comment section when ordering.
