    Currently, we have over 30 mouth-watering flavors and assorted pastel colors listed.  To achieve our objective of giving total satisfaction to our customers, we continue to add new exciting flavors regularly, including both sweet and savory options. What is the shelf life of your Gourmet Cotton Candy?
    Our made to order scheme (i.e., spin upon order) assures that our products stays fresh and at its best within specified period. Our Tasty Tubs, Puffs, Balls and Pops are packed in moisture-resistant containers to ensure freshness and optimal flavor. They stay fresh for 2-4 weeks from date of production. Tasty Tubs may be stored in freezer for extended shelf life. Bagged Cones are best 24 - 48 hours from date of production. BACK TO TOP

What’s the best way to store my cotton candy after I receive my order?
    Cotton candy has a delicate nature that the sugar melts on high humidity. We advise extra caution in storing our product. Ideally, a cotton candy should be stored in room temperature about 65 to 70 degrees Fahrenheit, out of direct sunlight in an airtight container. Our Tasty Tubs may be stored in freezer to extend shelf life. BACK TO TOP

I’m concerned about security over the internet. Is it safe to shop at your online store?

I made a mistake in my order. How do I cancel it? 
    If you place an order by mistake, you have 30 minutes from the time the order is placed to cancel it by emailing us at information@tastyclouds.com. If you need to change a recently placed order please email or call us at 310-990-2435. BACK TO TOP

    Tasty Clouds use FedEx as our shipping carrier. Shipping charges are calculated based on package weight, size, location and chosen shipping method based on FedEx's rates. For our customer’s convenience, we have included shipping calculator link with every product listing on our website.  As you shop, you can automatically see how much it will cost to deliver a certain product to your address without even going to the check out link.  How long will it take for my order to arrive?
    As we get busy and don’t want to delay our schedule, we require at least 1 week notice. Online orders are shipped every Mondays and Tuesdays unless otherwise requested. Ground home delivery usually takes 2-6 business days. Guaranteed delivery applies only to Overnight or 2 Day Shipping methods, not including weekends.   NOTE:  To ensure timely delivery, we advise you to plan and order ahead of time.  You may even order now for future delivery. BACK TO TOP
